  • A 90 m2 island stand area open on four sides will be allocated.
  • A total of 2 speaking rights will be granted, consisting of speaking at the opening speeches of the Forum (5 minutes) and as the first speaker in the first session (20 minutes).
  • Company visuals will be included in the communication activities to be carried out.
  • A thank-you plaque will be presented to the company.

  • Free entry rights for 6 stand personnel and 35 visitors will be provided for the Forum.

  • Limited to six companies.
  • The mobile application developed by Eventmagix specifically for the event will include information on all speakers, the forum program, participant details, real-time announcements, and the details of sponsor and exhibitor companies, along with the sponsor’s logo
  • Additionally, the wireless internet password provided in the forum area will be the sponsor company’s brand name
  • The logo of the sponsoring company will appear on the name badges distributed to all participants and visitors at the entrance to the Expo area and on the lanyards that allow them to hang around the neck.
  • Sponsor quota is limited to 1 Company.
  • The registration desk positioned at the entrance of the forum area will be dressed with the sponsor company’s logos

Common Rights Provided to Sponsors

The logos of companies participating in sponsorship types (excluding advertising packages*) will be featured at the bottom of the page at www.waterexpoeurasia.com, and the technology and solutions produced by the company will be included in press releases within the scope of public relations activities to be conducted for the Expo.
